You may order all our products below, meet us at a farmers market, or Contact Us. You may also download a printable form for ordering halves and quarters or whole beeves by mail. You may also call us at 320 594 0031. Pick-up or delivery is arranged on an individual basis by telephone or e-mail at mike@stonebridgebeef.com. We do not mail or ship our beef.

Deposit

We require a deposit of $90.00 for a Quarter or $170.00 for a Half (Side) or a $230.00 for a whole beef. Send or deliver a check for the deposit amount to confirm your order. The balance is due at pick-up.

Whole Beef $2.69 per lb. plus processing (based on 500-650 lb. carcass weight); $230 deposit. Processing is currently 57¢/lb. Prices are based on carcass (or hanging) weight.

Half (side of beef) $2.79 per lb. plus processing (based on 250-325 lb. carcass weight); $170 deposit. Processing is currently 57¢/lb. Prices are based on carcass (or hanging) weight.

Quarter (split half) $2.89 per lb. plus processing (based on 125-167 lb. carcass weight); $90 deposit. Processing is currently 57¢/lb. Prices are based on carcass (or hanging) weight.

The following items are available for direct sale at the farm or at the farmers markets listed under contact us.

20 lb. Variety Packs are a mix of our 5 most popular steaks such as rib-eye, sirloin and T-bone; 2 nice roasts, 7 lbs. burger, stew meat, and a pkg. of ribs or brisket. Also available for distribution at www.mnorganiceggs.com.

20 lb. Burger Packs are 20 - l lb. packages made up of ground steak, roasts, and quality cuts of beef; no water or filler added. This is ‘whole cow’ Prairie-Fed burger from our best beef and not a down-graded product.

Beef Liver is thin sliced in 1 lb. packages.

Soup Bones are in 2 to 3 lb packages. 

Hamburger is in 1 lb. packages.
